IHC Health Solutions (IHC) is a Third Party Administrator for a number of insurance companies and self-funded corporations. We utilize many different PPO's throughout the country and to determine the method of submitting electronic claims to IHC you will need to know the PPO (if any) that is shown on the front of the member's ID card.

If the front of the ID card shows PHCS, First Health, Beech Street, Interplan, Evolutions, Ohio Health Choice, InterWest, Multiplan, Nevada Preferred, or Universal as the member's PPO (the logo will be in the upper middle of the card), then you may submit your electronic claims to either Emdeon or ENS or Availity. For Emdeon our payer ID is 86304. For ENS and Availity, our payer ID is IAC01. If you cannot have your electronic claims reach any of these 3 networks, please continue to send paper claims to this address: IHC, PO Box 21456, Eagan, MN 55121-0456.

For all other PPO's, if you are a participating provider in that PPO shown on the front of the card, you should follow the instructions you have received from that PPO to submit electronic claims to them. Your PPO will then forward the claims to IHC.

If there is no PPO Network logo on the front of the card OR if you are not a participating provider in the network shown on the front of the card, you may submit your electronic claims to Emdeon with our payer ID of 86304 or to either ENS or Availity with our payer ID of IAC01.

If you are a dental provider, please send paper claims to IHC, PO Box 21456, Eagan, MN 55121-0456, or submit electronic claims to Emdeon with our payer ID 86304.
